Sub-Processors

1. Overview
AuditWard ("we", "us", "our") engages the third-party sub-processors listed below to process personal data on behalf of our customers in connection with the services we provide, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than those we owe to our customers.

3. Changes to Sub-Processors
We may add, remove, or replace sub-processors from time to time. We will provide registered users with written notice via email at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data. This page will also be updated with a revised date whenever the list changes.
4. Right to Object
If you have a reasonable, data-protection-related objection to a new sub-processor, you may object within 30 days of our notice by emailing contact@auditward.com. We will work with you in good faith to address your concern. If we cannot provide the service without the sub-processor you object to, you may terminate the affected service.
