What counts as a scan.
One scan is one audit run against a verified domain. That single run does two things at once. It drives a browser QA pass over your app, and it runs the security tooling pass against the same target. You get back triaged, compliance-tagged findings and a PDF report for the whole run. Two jobs, one scan.
Your included scans reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. Adding a seat adds monthly scans on top of your plan total: Starter gives you 10 more scans per seat, and Team gives you 20 more per seat. If you go past your monthly total, extra scans are billed as overage at $2 each on Starter and $1.50 each on Team.
The free Basic plan shows the first 3 findings per scan so you can see the format and judge the depth. Every paid plan shows all findings in full.

What happens if I run out of scans?

How does seat pricing work?
Each plan comes with included seats: 2 on Starter and 3 on Team. Extra seats are $25 each on Starter and $30 each on Team. A seat does more than add a user. It raises your monthly scan total too, by 10 scans per seat on Starter and 20 per seat on Team.
Do unused scans roll over?
No. Included scans reset at the start of each billing month and do not carry into the next month. Plan around your monthly total, and use overage if you need a few more in a busy month.
Is there annual billing?
Plans are billed monthly and are self-serve below Custom. For annual terms or invoicing, talk to sales about a Custom plan sized to your volume.
What is included in the free plan?
Basic is free and gives you 1 scan per month on a verified domain, with the same QA and security audit every paid plan runs. It shows the first 3 findings per scan so you can judge the depth, and the PDF report is watermarked. Paid plans show all findings and a full report.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans below Custom are self-serve, so you can move up, move down, or cancel from your account whenever you want. Changes apply to your billing the way you would expect for a monthly subscription.

What does Custom / Corporate include?
Custom (Corporate) is for higher scan volume and larger teams. It covers volume-based scan allowances, unlimited seats with SSO, MCP and API access, invoice and procurement support, and dedicated rollout help. Pricing is sized to your usage, so talk to sales for a quote.
